For all your failings, and despite your many mistakes, life has picked you; it has believed in you, and it has given you a human body to explore its vast regions.Using your will, you have sought to change the surface of your world, and time and again, you have felt despair and frustration when what you hoped to manifest either did not appear or appeared somehow diminished when it finally did show up.
Does the Law of Attraction not work?
Does it work for some and not others?
Does it work some of the time and not at other times?
Can you really create your own reality?
Let me explain. But, first, we must understand the concept of wholeness. The literature on this subject is exhaustive-ranging from obscure references in sacred texts to the findings of physicists-consciousness is inextricably connected with the whole and cannot be separated into parts. The entire notion of separation is an abstraction only. For anything to exist at all, be it as obscure as a dust particle, the whole of causation is necessary. Even the idea of an objective reality, long a tenet of science, has now been refuted by quantum mechanics. A subatomic element can either be a particle or a wave, depending on how the experiment is measured. In other words, the conscious intention of the observer determines what is observed.
What has this got to do with the Law of Attraction?
Pretty much everything. You, the observer of reality, influence the quantum field, with every thought and feeling that you have. You are always manifesting, whether you like it or not. Most often, however, you are manifesting what you don't want and then blame it on the Law of Attraction for failing.
See, in order to change any aspect of your reality, whether it is a condition of aloneness, poverty, or illness, you have to change WHO YOU ARE and not WHAT YOU WANT.When you are in a state of want, your vibrations are that of lack, regardless of what you may be visualizing or affirming.Consequently, your realization comes back to you void or stripped down to a pathetic version of what you truly desired. Thus, for example, if you are poor and need a job, and you affirm and visualize diligently, your underlying sense of lack may either give you nothing or it will give you a job that is totally unsatisfying to you.Why does this happen? It is because you are not vibrating your desires in a clear way. Your emotional current, regardless of what your mind is projecting, is holding on to lack, limitation, scarcity, and negativity.
When you change WHO YOU ARE you will start getting WHAT YOU WANT.

Understanding Attraction and How It Applies to You
"Opposites attract." This is as far as electromagnetism is concerned. How about in human relationships, is there such a law of attraction? Is attraction a matter of chemistry? In the animal kingdom, the attraction between animals of the opposite sex is all about chemicals called pheromones. The effect of pheromones in behavior of insects is the most studied to date. In some experiments involving ant colonies, pheromones are responsible for communication among same species. Some species of apes rub pheromone containing urine on the feet of potential mates to attract them. Some scientists believe that female insects and mammals send chemical signals that help their mates distinguish species.
The perfume industry has capitalized on pheromones as a means to increase one's sexual attractiveness to the opposite sex. People hunt animals, such as the whale and the musk deer, for these chemicals. Lately, scientists are looking into the existence of human pheromones and its role in mate selection. There are many conflicting views in the realms of biology, chemistry, genetics, and psychology. Most scientists would assert that these chemicals do not exist, or if these indeed exist, these chemicals do not play a role in sexual attraction between a man and a woman.
However, Swiss researchers from the University of Bern, led by Klaus Wedekind, are making scientists rethink their stand. The experiment involved women sniffing cotton shirts of different men during their ovulation period. The study showed that women prefer the smell of shirts of men who shared similarities with the women's genes. Like the case of insects and other mammals, this was to ensure healthier characteristics for their future children. The said researchers cautioned that preference for male odor is also affected by women's ovulation period, the food that men eat, perfumes and other scented body products, and the use of contraceptive pills.
Does personality figure in sexual attraction?
According to a research conducted by Klohnen, E.C., & S. Luo in 2003, a person's sense of self-security and the person's perception of his/her partner were strong determinants of attraction in hypothetical situations. What does this tell you? You may have preference with regard to personality types and this explains your attraction to a particular person. However, the actual personality of the person can only be verified through close interaction through time. In this case, it is your perception of your potential partner's personality that attracts you to him/her.
So, how does attraction figure in relationships?
You have probably heard that attraction is just a prelude. Attraction alone cannot make a relationship work. Attraction makes you notice a person from the opposite sex, but once you get to know the person more, attraction is just one consideration. Shared values, dreams, and passions become more significant in establishing long-term relationships.
If this is the case, should you stop trying to become attractive?
More than trying to become physically attractive, you should work on all aspects of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Physical attraction is a precursor. Biology predisposes you to choose the partner with the healthiest genes. Just ask yourself, "Would you want to spend time with a person who feels insecure about him/herself?" Probably not! There is wisdom in knowing yourself. Never pretend to be someone you are not. Fooling another person by making him/her think that you share the same values and beliefs is only going to cause disappointments. As mentioned in the Klohnen and Luo's research, a person's sense of self-security matters more than just physical attractiveness. Just be yourself!

Attract Whatever You Want in Life
In life, you become what you believe you are. We've all heard the term 'self-fulfilling prophecy'. We talk about self-defeating attitudes, self-sabotage and courting failure. We believe that self development means erasing those negatives. Somehow, in all the talk of negatives and defeatist attitudes, we neglect to look at the flip side of the personal self development equation - the Universal Law of Attraction.
The law of abundance attraction is the base belief behind the power of positive thinking. The Law of Attraction simply states that we attract what we want in life. Stop and REALLY think about that for a moment. We attract what we want in life.According to this quantum law of attraction, what you have in your life right now is what you have invited into your life by focusing on it. But, you might be thinking, I WANT to be wealthy. If it's true that we attract what we want in life, why is it that I'm struggling just to meet my bills?
Let me tell you a story. There is a salesman that I know. A few years ago, he was struggling towards a goal he had set for himself - to achieve 100 sales a week for four straight weeks. It never failed, though. For three weeks, he would write 100 sales - but no matter what he did, he could never hit his goal that fourth week. "I was doing everything right," he told me. "Every morning, I started off with a positive affirmation - I will write 100 sales this week. It SHOULD have worked. But that fourth week eluded me time after time. Then one morning, I stopped to really listen to myself. 'I will write 100 sales this week', my mind said. 'but I never can get that fourth week,' I answered myself. I wasn't focusing on the positive - I'm three-fourths of the way to my goal. I was seeing the negative. I decided right then and there that I WILL do it this week... and I did."
Abundance attraction begins with believing that good things will happen to you and for you - because you attract them. Like attracts like, the old proverb goes. We've all seen it in action. There are people who appear to be blessed with every good thing that life has to offer. They have a beautiful home, a beautiful spouse, happiness galore - and everything just seems to drop into their laps. What if I told you that you could BE one of those lucky, blessed people? You can. All it takes is understanding the secret of really believing that good things will come to you.Every Sunday morning when I was growing up, I woke to a radio program that ended with the words:"Something good is going to happen to you today." When you understand the Law of Attraction, you'll understand just how very powerful that one simple sentence is. By believing that Something Good is going to happen, you are taking the first steps to making it happen. Open yourself to believing in the good things that will come to you, and by the force of that Universal Law, attraction will begin to work in your favor.Something good is going to happen to you today. Something good HAS happened to you today. All you need to do is open the door to let the good things in.

What Women Want in Men
While I cannot speak for women nor can a woman speak for all women, there are characteristics the majority of women want in a man. I have read several books, subscribed to attraction newsletters, talked to attraction experts, talked to women about what they want in a man, tested techniques, and have observed many scenarios comparing and contrasting variables men display in their interaction with women to develop a set of characteristics men can develop to build their attractiveness towards women.Additionally, I have heard and seen a lot of wrong advice on this subject from so-called experts. In fact, a great deal of this "expert advice" is heavily diffused into society beliefs and norms. Many guys have been wrongly conditioned as to what women really want. I do not blame them. Attraction is a really confusing subject. What I am going to teach will probably shock you.I can guarantee you other communication skills teachers would definitely not tell you what I am about to say. That is because most of these teachers do not understand how attraction with women works. These teachers will not tell you these skills because they are pretty much counter-intuitive to what "good communication" is. I was once the same.Do not think attracting a lady is not applicable to you. If you are in a relationship, this advice will help you almost as much as a single guy who is looking for a partner.Women are Mixed-UpWomen saying one thing and meaning another thing is a whole other article itself yet I will briefly explain it to give you an understanding as to what women say they want is often not what they really want.I agree that women are strange. Half of what they say has exactly the opposite meaning. This is where the main problem I will discuss more later on about being nice to lady comes in.I use to think, you probably think, and a high percentage of guys think, that you have to compliment a lady, give gifts, buy her flowers, and basically earn her affection. The technique may work for a little while but you will not have the powerful attraction otherwise possible by not being a nice guy and it will leave you broke ;).Attraction is a confusing subject. Guys and women often cannot explain why they are attracted to someone. Attraction is not a logical decision. For women, they often say they like guys with humor, which I and attraction experts believe is true, but it is not the whole story. A woman can say she likes a guy with a sense of humor but a good sense of humor alone is not enough. What they often find attractive is a guy who is cocky and has a sense of humor. Ladies are not crawling all over comedians.

Steps To Successful Action
The following steps help in bringing the Law of Attraction into your life. They build off the issues presented in the movie “The Secret”. I have used them for good success in my life and career. I recommend that for you to get the most out of them, they should be printed out, laminated and place where you can refer to them. If you are into affirmations they can be part of your affirmation steps each day.
Step 1.
Have passion – “Be passionate!” It’s at the core or successful thinking. Exactly what is passion?, “Enthusiasm on a big scale.”
Step 2.
Be tenacious- Don’t be someone who lets them self or anyone in their organization, give up on any project until every possibility of success has been explored. Consider the fact that Donald Trump bought the land for Trump Place in Manhattan way back in 1974 - and it is now nearing completion. That’s tenacity.
Step 3.
Think big – We all have to start with small steps on any project, but urge yourself and those people around you to take the biggest steps they are capable of. “Thinking big can get you to the top. Assure yourself, “it’s not lonely up here!” because you bring others with you Step 4.
Step 4.
Be a sponge for new information and ideas – There’s really no such thing as knowing too much about what you’re doing. Despite your packed schedule, you must read everything you can and strive to get information you can use from everyone you meet. There should always be a book or magazine on your desk, and I find that inspiring.
Step 5.
Take action – When you know what you need to know about a project or idea, you need to move decisively. Yet also have a flexible philosophy and be willing to take a step back and start again - tenaciously - if the time is not right to move forward. So it is a matter of taking risks, but considered risks. It has been said, “A lot of people are afraid to fail, so they don’t try. They talk, but they don’t do. That’s the perfect formula for failure.”
Step 6.
Learn to negotiate – “Learning to negotiate is invaluable if you hope to connect in any way with other people.”
Step 7.
Enjoy competition – Your competitors are there to help you perform better in the world and they certainly – drive you to achieve more success than they have. “Competition forces you to outdo yourself,” You should affirm through affirmations. “I love competition because, ultimately, it makes me a bigger and better person.”

Self-Hypnosis To Open Your Heart
I want to offer you a technique, a simple one for you to use to help to open your heart to life, love and all those other things that from time to time we tend to close ourselves off from. This technique guides you into a deeper awareness of your own heart. Using a range of different applications throughout this technique, the aim is to increase awareness and energy in the heart. The idea is that this increased energy makes us feel secure and safe within ourselves and not needing to close off, hide or protect our heart from life in any way. Ok, so simple follow these simple steps: Step One: Get your body in a comfortable position and in a place where you are going to be undisturbed. Take a slightly deeper breath and hold it in for a couple of seconds, then as you let it out, let it nice and slowly and allow your eyes to close at the same time. The idea in step one is to get your mind and body into a receptive state. Of course, I recommend you go read my book on Self-Hypnosis for the best way to do this. Alternatively, use whatever trance inducing method, relaxation method or mediation technique that you prefer. Let your body relax, imagine the muscles softening. Engage in the moment – by that I mean that you notice your thoughts, notice what you are seeing in your mind, notice what sounds you are hearing and the various sensations in your body. Keep breathing nice and gently and slowly and allow your body’s natural systems to trigger the relaxation mode within you. Take as much time as you feel is necessary to get yourself really nice and relaxed and in a receptive state of mind. Step Two: With each breath that you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing directly into the centre of your heart. As unusual as this may sound, imagine that you are breathing into the area right in the middle of your chest. As you breathe in, really connect and tune in to that breath and feel your breath come directly into your heart. Begin to feedback to yourself. By that, I mean you tell yourself, using your internal dialogue what the first thing is that you are aware of as the breath comes into the heart? Advise yourself of what it is that you actually feel. Let yourself know consciously what you notice as the breath comes into the heart? Just continue to tune into your breath, and as you do become more and more aware of your heart, connect with it. Step Three: As you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in a light of your favourite colour, maybe a golden glowing colour or a colour that you feel safe with and that resonates well with you. With each breath that you inhale, experience, sense and imagine that light coming into your chest. Imagine creating a reservoir of this light in your chest area. With your conscious mind, continue to follow this light in with each breath and feel it come all the way into your heart. Feel, imagine and sense your chest beginning to fill with light. Imagine that the light is just right for you, the right feeling, the right temperature, feeling safe, comfortable and secure in whatever way is best for you. Just spend some time very gently, filling your chest with this wonderful pleasing light. Trust your unconscious mind here. Imagine and trust that this light has all the healing knowledge and wisdom of your unconscious mind within it. So, as the light comes into your chest there is a sense of a healing touch upon your heart. As you become more aware of your heart, really tuning in to it, you may also become aware of places in your heart that are protected, closed, or wounded. While you are breathing in that light, you can allow yourself to become aware of places in the heart that may be closed. We all tend to have places of armoring in and around the heart, places that seem to shy away from the light as it enters. Be aware of any of these places that seem tight and be aware if there are none. As babies, we came into this life totally open, totally vulnerable, and totally alive. Your body and mind have experienced being open before. Throughout our lives, for whatever reasons, these innocent trusting hearts of our much younger selves had experiences that maybe taught us to fear or to close down. You might find that you remember some of these experiences that taught your heart to protect itself; that made you in some way feel like the world was not safe for an open heart. If so, just let those thoughts come and go naturally without lingering on them, just let your mind process them without you giving them too much thought. Step Four: Continue, as we have done throughout this exercise, to breathe into your heart. Breathe in that lovely light. As you breathe in, be aware of some of the armoring, for the heart carries with it the memories of a lifetime. Let the light continue to illuminate any places of darkness, of tightness, of numbness or anywhere that might be closed. Keep breathing gently. Whatever you experience or see just let it happen and let it pass without conscious involvement. Now trust yourself and let your own heart now reveal to you some place in your heart where healing is needed. Let your own heart show you this place and know you are available for healing in your heart. Trust the wisdom of your own heart and let it show you this place. As you breathe in, breathe right into this place in your heart. Step Five: As you continue all the time breathing into your heart with the light, be aware of any ways in which your heart may have given up, any ways in which your heart may have shut down or closed down in order to protect itself. You see, in opening your heart to love, you must open your heart up to all of life, and in doing so you must be willing to take risks. Sometimes you may experience pain and disappointment. This is something that when you choose to accept it and no longer fear it, allows you to experience such liberation and allow you to get so much more from your regular experience of life – without an open heart, the richly rewarding things happening in my life would not be anywhere near as amazing as they are. You could end this exercise there and proceed to step seven. However, if you really want to take this to another level, follow this additional step. Step Six: Now in your mind, allow an image to arrive. Place in your mind an imagine of the face of a person who in this lifetime - past or present - has been a great teacher of the heart, maybe a person living or dead from whom you have been able to receive love. See their face now sitting just a few feet in front of you. In your imagination, look up and you see their eyes looking into your eyes and remember what it feels like to be seen by these eyes that loved you in this way. As you breathe in, feel their presence right here with you in the place you are in and remember what it feels like to be in the presence of this person who loved you in this way. Now begin speaking to them. Speak out from your heart; holding nothing back. Tell them what is in your heart at this very moment; feel their presence there with you and let the words flow out of your heart like a river. Speak to them and say whatever is true and present in your heart at this moment. As you listen now, you can hear their voice. Remember the sound of that voice. They are speaking to you. They have come today to bring an important message... a message that your heart needs to hear. Listen and receive the message and take this message right into your heart. Now you see that this face is being joined by other faces, one by one, lots of faces of people of this lifetime, past and present, living and dead, who have loved you, who have been a part of the fabric of your heart and your life. They are all joining you now. You see their faces begin to appear one by one. You may receive these messages and bring them into your heart, and there will be some to whom you may wish to say things from your heart. You speak these words to their faces as they appear. Imagine that these beings gather in a circle around you. They form a circle of love, a circle of healing, and some of them reach down their hands to touch you and you feel surrounded and held by their love. Then, you could even imagine one or more of these beings begin cradling you, cradling you and rocking you and feel yourself being held, nurtured and reassured. Step Seven: Finally then, in your imagination, see an image of your own heart at this moment. Feel your heart. Breathe into your heart. Breathe light into your heart. Let your own heart speak to you now. Receive the wisdom of your own heart. It may be in words. It may be a feeling. Open and receive the wisdom of your heart. Imagine that your heart is open and truly feel the fullness of your being. Whenever you feel you are ready to do so, you then just open your eyes and allow yourself to be relaxed and become aware of your surroundings and go about your day and your life with an open heart and feel how wonderful it feels. Really take some time out to invest in yourself and open your heart to love, life and the world around you and really notice what a difference in makes to every aspect of your life.

Your Attitude Is Your Choice
Few people believe that their attitude is their own choice. For most people, their attitude depends upon people and circumstances. If people are nice to them, then they have a good attitude. If circumstances are favorable, they are in a good mood. On the other hand, if someone treats them unfairly, then they have a bad attitude. If the circumstances are not favorable, they are in a bad mood. Most people fail to realize that their attitude and their mood are really their own choice. Let me give you a silly example. Awhile back, someone sent the following to me in an email. A little old lady went to the mirror one morning and noticed that she had only three hairs on her head. As she looked into the mirror, she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." That's exactly what she did. And, she had a great day. The next morning, at the mirror once again, the little old lady noticed that she only had two hairs on her head. Looking herself right in the eye, she said, "Today, I think I'll part my hair down the middle." That's exactly what she did. And, she had a great day. The next day, as the little old lady looked into the mirror, there was only one hair on her head. She looked at that one lonely hair and said, "Today I think I'll wear my hair in a pony tail." That's exactly what she did. And she had a great day. The following morning the little old lady looked into the mirror and there wasn't a single hair on her head. Her eyes lit up, and she said, "Yeah! I don't have to fix my hair today!" Your attitude is your choice. Now, if you're a lady, please don't let this illustration shake you up too much, okay? I am quite aware that in our culture bald men are considered more attractive than bald women. In fact, I thought about that when I first read this story in the email. I wondered why they used the example of a woman in the story. But the more I thought about it, the more I saw how much more powerful and dramatic this example is with a woman! The whole point of the illustration is all about attitude. We can blame circumstances for our attitude. We can blame the actions of others for our attitude. We can even blame the dog. But the truth is, we decide, we choose and we determine our attitude at any given moment. The attitude that you have right now, at this very moment, is the one you have chosen to carry around. It is determined by your thoughts. In this silly illustration about the woman, she could have had one lousy day after another watching her each hair disappear just as easily. She could have spent her days depressed. She could have spent her time being angry. Instead, she looked for something to be positive about, even in the middle of a lousy situation. She chose to deal with her situation in a positive way, and as a result she had a great day. Even though this is a fictional story, the point is well made. Think about it. When was the last time you had a lousy attitude and a great day? Do you think that a connection exists between attitude, thoughts and physical realities of the day you are having? Of course it does! I like to end my blogs with, "Choose to have a great day." There will certainly be days with circumstances that we are not able to change. There may be people we deal with that act like jerks. But, regardless of what we are faced with each day, we can choose to let it affect our attitude, or we can choose to not let it affect our attitude.

Start Thinking A Certain Way
We all want to better ourselves, make a bigger income, buy a bigger house, travel ,learn and be free or better have the financial freedom to make our dreams a reality. Is it circumstances? is it the place we live? The people that surrounds us? The economic situation we are in ? Are all these factors that can influence our way to success? I don't know about you but as far as I am concerned till not too long ago I thought my life was sort of "controlled" by the events and situations happening around me. But then how come there are people that live in a certain place and some are rich and some are poor? How come there are people doing certain jobs and some improve themselves while others get stuck in the same position for ever? How come that there are people that are very very smart and can't find a good job and there are others that are "less" smart and seem to have all the luck of the world? I know plenty of times when I looked in the past at someone and wondered how come I was working hard, doing the right thing, and still didn't seem to go anywhere and there were friends that were doing much less but seemed to be so fortunate in always achieveing their goals? Could it be that maybe I was brought up in a certain way, and taught to think and see money as something that unless you work really really hard you can't get it and even when you are working hard just be satisfied with what you have, it is the normal way of life. I am not here to blame how I was brought up, my mum certainly did the best that she could with me and I love her unconditionally, she didn't have any other way to see money or reality, she had been brought up that way. So let me get to the point, can we change and start thinking the right way? I believe that if we have a clear mental picture of the things we want and we hold on to this picture in our thoughts with the fixed purpose to get what we ant and with the unwavering faith that we will get what we want, closing our mind to all that may tend to shake our purpose we will achieve our goals, and live a full , bright and wonderful life. Think about these words, I did not write them someone else did long long time ago still they are extremly powerfull today , maybe more than ever. You can be anything you want to be, think it, feel it, do it, believe it's your already and your life will begin to change today.

Listening and The Law of Attraction
There are so many different potential applications to the Law of Attraction that one could easily get confused and even lost in all of that potential. Experimentation is the most fruitful method of learning to apply anything and especially the Law of Attraction. One area of interest to me is in how our listening affects that which we attract to ourselves.
I define listening as something heard, felt, read or observed. We can listen to our surroundings by observing, listen to someone speaking by hearing them, listen to a writer by reading what they’ve written or listen to ourselves by being aware of how we feel. There are many more examples, can you name a few?
Most people believe that listening is a very passive action however; my experiments have shown me that it is something quite different. Listening is a dynamic action and when we do it deliberately we affect how we experience our lives in a profound way. Most of us are quite rational in our thinking so a little proof might be in order.
Try this:
The next two people you come across in your day listen to them deliberately. When you encounter the first person, make a conscious decision to listen to them as though they are the world’s greatest leader.
Take just a second or two and imagine how you would feel if you were talking to a world leader. Then listen to that person and pay attention to how you hear what they say. Is it different then how you usually hear them? When person number 2 shows up, make the conscious choice to listen to them as though they are the funniest person you have ever met, taking a few seconds to imagine laughing a belly laugh.
Now pay attention to how you hear what that person says. The expectation that person number 2 will be funny should provide for a few good laughs. Assuming your little experiment was successful (and if it wasn’t just keep repeating it, it may take a little practice) imagine for a minute what might change around your house if you started listening to your teenager or spouse differently. It’s also useful to remember this when you are out and about in the world.
Often times people wait in line at the customer serve desk anticipating that the clerk on the other side of the desk will be distant and not very helpful. Well guess what happens when they get to the clerk? How we listen to people is just as much an intention as anything else. And often we decide how to listen to people (or our environment, ourselves or a writer) out of habit. If a child is normally mouthy, as soon as he begins to speak most of us would just fall into our habit of listening to him as a disrespectful kid. What would happen if we listened to that same child as if he were brilliant, or gentle or full of creativity? We can attract the behavior we want from others; we just have to make the choice to listen to them differently. It is the most allowing place we can be when we hear people in a way that they don’t normally show up.
Want to change the world? Try listening to it differently!

The Power of Your Intentions
By now, unless you have been living fairly shut off from the world, chances are that you have heard about “The Secret” or the Law of Attraction. Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not, just like the law of gravity, it is at work in your life 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You are constantly using law of attraction. You are attracting all that appears and has appeared into your life. If you desire the ability to take control of your life, then understanding how to use this natural law of nature is your key to doing just that.
As a certified Law of Attraction practitioner, I not only use the Law of Attraction in my life and career on a daily basis, but I also teach my clients how to harness its powers to achieve their goals as well. Creating intentions is one of the more powerful tools I use when it comes to attracting. According to the Law of Attraction, whatever we give our attention, energy and focus to, we will attract into our lives, whether wanted or unwanted. Wow! That is quite a powerful statement and one that is very true. If you focus on negative things such as debt, lack of customers, or a slow business, you will continue to experience these things. On the other hand, if you focus on those things you wish to achieve such as greater income, more customers, increased sales, you will attract these into your life. Realtors can continue to enjoy listing and selling regardless of the local real estate market conditions if they focus on their goals and not the market. But let’s concentrate our attention on the subject of our focus – or our intention, if you will. Intentions can be powerful tools when it comes to using the Law of Attraction.
Many people fail to manifest their desires and become frustrated when they continue to experience lack in their life or business. Chances are, they have been focusing on simply a “want” without any real substance behind it which can result in their experiencing a “ho hum” feeling when they think about their “wants”.
If you want to add some real gusto to your manifesting, try this little exercise.
1. List four desires you are currently attempting to bring into your life.
2. Beneath each desire
3. List four reasons why you desire it.
By doing this, you not only justify your desire, but you also begin to create an intention. You are now ready to tell the universe just exactly what you desire and why!
Now, simply read off the first item on your list, using the words “I intend to have….” or “I intend to make…” and then insert your desires. Now add the reasons you listed beneath the desire. For example, you may desire to earn $10,000 or more each month. Your intention, along with the reasons you desire it, might look something like this: “I intend to earn $10,000 or more each month” ….. so I may buy a second home ….so I can have financial freedom ….so that I may establish a scholarship …..so I can expand my business and easily hire the help I want Notice the difference in the way you FEEEEEL when you state your intentions.
It’s your feelings that will create the magnetism to attract your desires. That’s the key to Law of Attraction in a nutshell. The way you feel is the way you attract! Try rewording some of your desires this way and include four reasons why you want each desire. The powerful feelings you generate with your intentions will make all the difference in how you attract those things your truly desire. Good luck and good attracting!

The Law Of Attraction
Whether you realize it or not, the Law of Attraction is already working actively in your life right at this moment. The events, opportunities and experiences you are experiencing today were set into motion by the thoughts and actions you‘ve taken previously. The secret to the Law of Attraction is really about realizing that this law is already active in your life and deciding that you want to deliberately attract things into your life consciously rather than leaving it to the vagaries of your subconscious. This is going to take some effort on your part and if you are trapped in a negative spiral, it is probably going to take a great deal of work to change the patterns of your thinking.
You’ll need to monitor your emotions in particular, because it is your emotional state that gives you the clues to the kinds of things your thoughts are attracting to you. With practice, this monitoring will become more routine and you’ll be able to let the negative thoughts go lightly while you move your focus onto the positive.
One of the main differences between the writers of the early 20th century and those who write about the Law of Attraction today is the emphasis on just how much work you need to put into consciously working with it. Many of the new breed of writers suggest that it is easy and that merely thinking about what you want for 20 minutes a day and putting together a vision board or two will get you on the road to prosperity and abundance.
The early New Thought writers such as Wallace Wattles, on the other hand, suggest that you need to do a lot of work and must deliberately take charge of what you are attracting into your life throughout your every waking moment. In the words of Wallace Wattles, you need to "pray without ceasing". In my opinion, this the correct course to take. Put a lot of work into the Law of Attraction and reap the large rewards. Or put a little work into it and watch the rewards trickle into your life. It's your decision. Reap what you sow.

Understand Your Power of Life
Unfortunately the majority of people are not happy with their 'lot' in life. They are living lives of quiet desperation, unsatisfied with their relationships, careers or finances. What is the main reason for this dissatisfaction? The main reason I believe this is so is due to a lack of understanding about the nature of our universe which can be directly linked to our belief conditioning from childhood.
As a child we begin to replicate the conditioning of our parents. A person's beliefs and values are often passed from generation to generation until someone down the generations either has a life-changing experience or consciously reorganises or changes their belief system. Your beliefs and values determine your focus. Focus sets in motion the Law of Attraction. The internal dialogue and imaginings of your mind are guided by your focus and your focus is reflected in your thinking.
Your thinking becomes automatic and therefore this becomes your automatic creation system. If you are not currently living a life that is in correspondence with your desires it is due to your internal automatic creation system being out of alignment with your goals. Simply put this means:
Your focus is on what you do not want instead of what you want! Let's say you have bills piling up everywhere and no way of paying them. When you receive post through the mail what is your first thought? I bet it goes something like this, "oh no not more bills". Where is your focus directed? Why do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? Well a rich man has money and he knows it. He sees wealth all around him. The poor person sees lack and concentrates on it.
Can you see the difference in focus? Now there are there are two basic ways to redirect your focus. The first is to change your beliefs so that your focus becomes more automatic in the direction that you wish it to go. The second way is to consciously redirect your attention to situations, people or events that correspond to a new belief. This, however, is often easier said than done.
For example examine the beliefs of a racist who thinks that he is superior to another person due to his heritage, skin colour, or ethnic origins. Now any right thinking person knows that these beliefs have no foundation in reality (subjective or otherwise). So in order to change these beliefs, at a core level, the racist would need to have some contact with other racial groups that have equal or better results in areas of their lives than he does. If he believes he is more intelligent then he would need to see that there are highly intelligent people of all races. If he believes that he is more prone to being successful because of his genetics then he would need to see that there are people of all races who achieve success with ease. If he believes that he is more equipped to overcome obstacles than members of another race then he would need to know that people from all walks of life and different cultures have achieved against seemingly insurmountable odds at great hardship to themselves and so on!
The problem with this is FOCUS! In most cases the racist does not want to see these things. He focuses on the situations, people and events that correspond and reinforce his beliefs! In extreme circumstances such a person will not even be in the company, correspond with, or listen about members of the group he is racist against. You and I do exactly the same thing everyday.
If your life is similar today to yesterday, last week or last year it is primarily because your focus has remained the same. Your thoughts yesterday where the same as last week and if your thoughts and focus are the same today then you can expect tomorrow to bring the same results! If your beliefs are challenged by what you see, hear or experience many times you simply disregard the information and continue 'blindly' believing what you chose to believe. We filter our reality so that is reinforces our beliefs.
We need to break free from this self-imposed brain-washing and redirect our focus on the things that will reinforce a new belief until we actually come to belief it. For example take a couple in a 'bad' relationship. They come home from work and just know that they are going to have an argument with their spouse. Sure enough they arrive home and argue about who is taking the dog for a walk, what to watch on TV or why they argue so much! Where is the focus in this relationship? Let's say they decide to try an experiment in beliefs and focus. They look at what IS working in the relationship. They recall the reasons why they first became a couple and begin to reinforce the things they have in common. Their focus is beginning to shift. Although they will probably fall back into some old routines of arguing again if they keep their focus on their shared interests and the things in their relationship that are working what do you think the effect will be? Try this little experiment yourself. Choose a person who annoys you in some way and that you can't avoid but would if the choice where yours. A work colleague is a good example. Can you think of one? OK, what are you focusing on about that person? I bet it is all the things they do that annoy you. Try to think of something they do that you admire of that you like. This can be sometimes difficult but remember that every person has good and bad qualities so try not to become too polarised about people thinking them either good or bad - they are just human beings. Now for a few days try your best to focus on the things you like or admire about them and watch what happens. After you have tried this little experiment try other small ones in other areas of your life that you wish to improve
